Willemstad– Curaçao Chamber of Commerce & Industry continues to support potential entrepreneurs during the pandemic and lockdown by offering free webinar series. Here are the webinars that took place in April 2021.

On the 1st of April took place the webinar Customer Relation during Covid presented by Angele Corasol. The main goal during this webinar is to learn how to keep your clients engaged during uncertain times. When organizations develop strong relationships with their customers, it can lead to loyal clients, positive word of mouth and increased sales. A good customer relationship is when the customers have a consistent customer experience every time they interact with the business and leaves them with a good impression.

The series continued on the 7th with Think outside of the box presented by
Shainy Sommer. ‘’Challenging times create the perfect timing to think outside of the box.’’ Creative and unusual ideas were explored by the participants.

These ideas are not limited or controlled by rules or traditions. The participant learned
how to give better virtual service and opportunities to increase sales and gained information on how to be more efficient in their business. Webinar Deber di Prima Sosial komo Epresario took place on the 6th and 8th.
This training was important for the people that have their own business or are interested in starting a business and wants to be well informed about the aspects they have to take into account. Topics: Salary tax, Social premium and more.

On the dates 12, 13 and 14 Mr. Dennis Dare presented steps to Create Your Unique Selling Proposition. This session was focused on managers with or without a successful business; startup entrepreneurs who wished to be successful; people with a business idea and desire to start; people evaluating the USP etc.

Atministrashon ta e solushon took place on the 20th and 22nd of April. This webinar was especially for the ones that want to know more about the administration.

If you want to grow your business it is important to have your administration under control and know your numbers. A business with the correct administration, indicates if the company is solid in the market. Administration is an important aspect for a successful company. Business after lockdown: from challenges to opportunities.

Currently there is no doubt that the companies are facing different challenges during this lockdown due to Covid-19. It can be a very difficult season especially for small and medium companies. But also, the companies that do not have enough income available to survive in this pandemic. Despite this, employers, managers and workers can take this time to analyze how they should work with new skills and think about how they can be the best competitor in the market. This webinar took place on the 26th and 28th of April with positive feedback from the participants.

Finally, on April 29th the webinar series was closed with Atministrashon ta e solushon part 2. This webinar was very important for those who have their own company or are interested in starting a business and want to be very well informed of the aspects that must be taken into account. This webinar was presented by BAB and they gave the participants valuable tips for their business administration process. This series had very important information for the entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs.

The Chamber had a total of 406 participant in the April webinar series.
